What is this? Autumn blooms and mystery seeds…

I found this seed pod in my holly bushes.  Every summer a wild vine appears winding its way through the holly bushes and covering the tops with its heart-shaped leaves and clusters of tiny white flowers that the bees and butterflies love.  I allow the vine to grow all summer and remove it from the bushes in the autumn.  Does anyone know what it is?

The leaves are still green, for the most part, but I have a burst of autumn color in my garden.

These yellow flowers sprung up from sunflower seeds that fell beneath the bird feeder.  They look like mini sunflowers.

I still have several buds on the moonflower vine.  Each flower blooms suddenly and lasts for less than a day.

What’s still blooming in your garden?
