To Come and Go Like Magic…amongst the redbuds

Redbud blossoms in Kentucky...

Great news, a fun weekend, and some pretty pics to share…

To Come and Go Like Magic made the annual Bank Street Children’s Book Committee’s Best Children’s Books of the Year list (in the twelve to fourteen age group, “Coming of Age” category).  It also received a star for “Outstanding Merit”!

I had a fun weekend in Kentucky signing books and enjoying the local arts and crafts at the Redbud Festival at Union College.  I got a chance to see old friends and make a few new ones.  Thanks to everyone who stopped by to pick up a copy of To Come and Go Like Magic or to just say hello!

To Come and Go Like Magic made the rounds — and I did, too!!  Check out the pics…

Honest Abe and Mrs. Lincoln stopped by to chat...

She bakes cakes (Lexington, KY) and reads, too!

For some yummy treats, check out she bakes cakes.

My brother and sister-in-law have amazing wisteria…

I couldn’t get a picture, but I saw my first two butterflies of the season amongst the wisteria and a million bees!

Now…back to work!
